Healthy Recipes for Kids

Stuck in a rutt of boxed mac & cheese or canned spagetti for your kid's lunch? Here are a few fast easy and inexpensive lunch recipes for kids.

1. Tuna & Apple Wraps.
Ingredients:
1 can of tuna
a few tablespoons of mayo
1 apple diced
a few wraps

Combine tuna and mayo, then mix in the apples. Spoon onto wraps, roll them up and serve.

2. Fruit with Yogurt Chopstick dip
Ingredients:
A handful of diced fruit such as: apples, strawberries, melon, banana
1 cup of of flavored yogurt
Chopsticks

Try and pick up the diced fruit with chopsticks, a fun way to get your kids to eat fruit and yogurt.
